Sefaria marked its tenth anniversary with a gala celebrating a decade of making Jewish texts and learning more accessible through technology. Held at the New York Public Library, the evening brought together organizational leaders, supporters, scholars, and members of the broader Sefaria community.
Our role was to document the significance, energy, and emotion of the celebration while creating video assets that could extend the event beyond the room. The finished content captures both the scale of the occasion and the personal reflections of the people who helped build and support Sefaria.
A milestone event requires coverage that is both comprehensive and unobtrusive. We coordinated closely with the event team and venue to understand the program, anticipate important moments, and position our crew without interfering with the experience of guests.
Visually, we focused on more than what happened onstage. Reactions, conversations, architectural details, applause, and spontaneous interactions helped communicate what the anniversary meant to the community. The final edits combine the polish of a formal gala with the warmth and intellectual energy of Sefaria’s mission.
The videos preserved a major institutional milestone and gave Sefaria content it could share with supporters who attended as well as those unable to be there. Individual presentations could live independently, while recap content could support donor engagement, community communications, social media, and future fundraising.
The coverage also created a lasting historical record of Sefaria’s tenth anniversary and the people who helped the organization reach it.

Find Expeditors needed an approachable company overview video that could quickly explain who they are, what they do, and what sets their team apart. Rather than relying on a traditional corporate presentation, the film puts real people and workplace culture at the center of the story.
The finished video introduces viewers to the organization through a combination of interviews, candid moments, and active workplace imagery. It was designed to communicate competence and professionalism while preserving the personality and human relationships behind the company.
Our goal was to make the organization understandable without making the video feel overly scripted or promotional. We built the story around the voices of the people who knew the company best, using interviews to establish the message and natural workplace footage to show that message in action.
The crew worked efficiently within an active professional environment, capturing authentic interactions without creating unnecessary disruption. In the edit, we balanced information about the company with the personalities and values that make it distinctive.
The finished film gives prospective customers, partners, and employees a concise introduction to Find Expeditors. It can serve as an anchor piece on the company’s website while also supporting presentations, recruiting, social media, and business-development conversations.
By showing both the work and the people behind it, the video helps establish familiarity and trust before a viewer ever speaks with the team.

HD Travel needed a polished video that could translate the excitement and possibility of family spring break travel into a concise visual story. The project was designed to showcase destinations and experiences while presenting the company as a knowledgeable, trusted partner in planning memorable journeys.
Through a combination of destination imagery, human moments, and carefully structured editing, the film invites viewers to imagine what their own next trip could look and feel like.
Travel content has to do more than show beautiful places. It needs to create anticipation. We approached the edit as an emotional journey, moving between expansive destination imagery, intimate details, and moments of discovery. Embedding our team within the spring break trip built the trust and access we need to capture incredible moments!
The pacing and music were selected to create momentum without overwhelming the viewer. Branding was incorporated cleanly so that the destinations remained the focus while HD Travel’s expertise and identity framed the experience.
The finished video was intended to inspire prospective travelers while giving HD Travel a versatile marketing asset for its website, presentations, email campaigns, and social channels.
It helps the company communicate the emotional value of travel—not just the logistics of booking it—and encourages viewers to begin imagining and planning their next experience.

Sun Outdoors Islamorada needed a visually inviting property video that could convey the experience of staying at its Florida Keys destination. The assignment was not simply to document accommodations and amenities, but to capture the atmosphere, setting, and sense of escape that make the property memorable.
The finished piece combines scenic imagery, property details, guest experiences, and the natural beauty of Islamorada. It gives prospective visitors a vivid impression of the destination before they arrive.
Hospitality video works best when it helps viewers imagine themselves in the experience. We planned the production around the rhythms of the property—capturing spaces in their best light while remaining flexible enough to document authentic activity and spontaneous moments.
The visual approach balances wide scenic imagery with tactile details and human-scale moments. Rather than creating a simple property tour, we built an emotional journey that communicates relaxation, discovery, and the distinctive character of the Florida Keys.
The video was designed to support destination marketing, web bookings, social media, sales presentations, and broader Sun Outdoors promotional campaigns. It provides prospective guests with a more complete understanding of the property than still photographs or a list of amenities alone could offer.
The footage also creates a reusable visual library that can support shorter promotional edits and seasonal marketing over time.
